Affordable Therapy and Coaching

 The United States is facing a crisis with a shortage of mental health professionals, and often times treatment for mental health is not covered by insurance or too expensive.  Everyone's mental health is important, not just those who can afford care.    

 Our clients only pay $40 per 50-minute session.  This discounted rate is available to individuals who have limited budgets or limited access to mental health services. 

 Through our partnerships with Centered Mind Therapy and Woodpile Coaching Co, we've built a team of therapists and coaches who want to answer the call to be of service their local communities.
